PAACHAL Foundation organizes free healthcare services for underserved communities, promotes community health advocacy programs to address inequalities, and provides leadership mentoring to inspire and empower the next generation of innovators and changemakers in public health and community development.This multifaceted approach allows PAACHAL to address the root causes of health disparities. By providing direct healthcare services, they meet immediate needs while simultaneously empowering communities to advocate for systemic change. The leadership mentoring program cultivates a new generation of health professionals and community leaders who are equipped to tackle the challenges of improving public health and creating a more just and equitable society. The PAACHAL Foundation was founded in inspired remembrance of Professor Ademola Awoyemi.

PAACHAL Foundation organizes free healthcare services in underserved communities, providing critical care to those who cannot afford it. These campaigns aim to address the stark health disparities in Nigeria and across Africa. Services include:
- General medical consultations, prescription provision, and patient education on preventive care.
- Focused initiatives to combat diseases such as malaria, diabetes, and hypertension, which disproportionately affect low-income populations.
Regular eye tests are conducted to identify and address visual impairments that often go unnoticed due to lack of access to specialists.
Life-changing cataract surgeries and other essential procedures are performed, restoring sight to individuals who would otherwise face preventable blindness.
PAACHAL provides free access to surgeries for treatable conditions such as hernias, fibroids, and other non-emergency conditions that hinder daily life. These surgeries are conducted by a team of skilled professionals during outreach programs.
Free dental screenings, cleanings, and education campaigns are offered to improve oral health awareness. These outreaches address common issues like cavities and gum disease, which often go untreated in low-income areas.
